"Good place and clean, but only single beds for a handicapped family of 3 doesn't help. So had to hand wash my very disabled brother instead of a shower."

"Great room, could use better cleaning service while you are not there,more towels, better smell we asked for nonsmoking and our room smelled all like smoke, would love to have a shower curtain as we did not have one and I really didn't feel like messing with asking for one. But over all okay."

"BEWARE THIS PLACE WILL TRY TO DO UNAPPROVED CHARGES AFTER THE FACT WITHOUT WARNING. This is why a normal 5 star rating is now a 1. Paid for the hotel room with points. Gave credit card for pet fee. The hotel was nice. The room was clean. I do not know what they are cleaning the floor with but it is slick when wet. We did laundry at the hotel. The machines did a good job cleaning our clothes. The machines looked surprisingly new. We took extra care to make sure the room was clean when we left. This meant the extremely small trash cans were full. I told the person at the hotel that it was a nice room and a good stay. To my surprise after we checked out. 200 miles and 6 hours later, I discovered they had tried to charge my card 3 times for 50.00, with no call, text or email of which they have all three. This is the reason there is a block on my cards... BEWARE THIS PLACE WILL TRY TO DO UNAPPROVED CHARGES AFTER THE FACT WITHOUT WARNING. They have not tried to contact me over the declined charges which proves my point.... 12 hours after the initial charges and the original post I reported the card as stolen.... BTW the card is still blocked."
