Best Western Plus Ruston Hotel

"It was ok, but this is not a $150 a night hotel for sure. The shower was not clean, and the shower floor was slippery from something on it. Would not stay here again, for the price there are much better options within 30 minutes."

"Patrina at the front desk went over and beyond to help me with my stay. I’ve stayed here numerous of times and never had a complaint. Very spacious room, great breakfast, wonderful to have her on staff and check in/check out was easy. I would highly recommend Patrina because she gets you taken care of with care respect and dignity."

"Has two EV charging points. One is a Level 1 and another Level 2. Room was clean. Biggest issue was that the toilet didnt flush in our room (Room 316). Had to use the coomon one near front desk. Breakfast was very basic."

"The maintenance of the rooms could be better. Holes in ceiling covered with ac return air grills instead of patching and painting. One grill is covering the fire sprinkler. Ironically, I stayed in the same room last visit and brought this to their attention. Was never addressed."
