"Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The most rudest company ever I drove 40 mins to drop off bank statements just for them to tell me the next day that I would have to pay $16,000 up front to rent even after I proved I made over 3 times the rent! The guy that I was on the phone then offered to sell me a home!! The crazy thing is I’ve been a hairdresser for over 15+ years I get paid through Pay pal Cash app and my booking site! They never asked for statements through those 3rd party companies which is Crazy! To insult me and tell me it looks like I’m just moving money around when I gave them 20+ bank statements to 2 different banks of mine WHY WASTE SOMEONES TIME! They rude and I don’t recommend by the way they SKIPPED OVER THE FIRST APPLICATION JUST TO GET TO ME! They never even ran the first persons information they are money hungry for the $35 everybody there isn’t on the same page one person tell you this the other person tell you that! They are all AROUND WEIRD! I wouldn’t lie to you! DONT WASTE YOU TIME! Don’t trust your $35 with them they just like accepting applications on properties I can say some things about this company but just read the reviews I did read them but I went ahead and took my chances I regret it %100000 they really should be SHUT DOWN!"

"I do not recommend renting with this company if you can avoid it. My apartment was moldy and disgusting when I moved in and I had to spend hours cleaning it. The window unit in my apartment was also very moldy and after telling an employee about it they ignored me about it. There was also a roach infestation and they did nothing about it and did not care. We kept our space extremely clean to try and avoid it and it didn’t work. They would have had an exterminator spray if I asked but when I wanted it investigated they ignored my request. I spent hundreds of dollars of my own money on different things to try and get rid of the problem but nothing worked. When it came time for to move out, they charged me over $200 for cleaning and a “maintenance coordination fee” when we left the apartment SIGNIFICANTLY more clean then we got it. They will do everything they can to steal as much money as possible from you. The staff is extremely rude and will not help you with anything. Do not rent from this group."
