"My leasing consultant Kandace was very warm and inviting. I called her at the end of the business day and she was more than happy to give me a tour for a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom. She explained the difference between the floor plans and the added cost upfront. She answered every question I had without ever being discouraged. I appreciate you so much."
"Lexington Place Apartments is a great place to live and work. The office staff is friendly and attentive. The maintenance crew is well-trained. The property is clean and quiet, and the location is perfect for all, especially servicemen and women stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base."
"It legitimately hurt me to leave, probably because I stayed in the ‘suite’. My job promoted me so I had to move (turned out to be one of the worst decisions of my life, but I digress) I went a bit outside my range, but my unit was well worth it. Pest control was always on time. There were a couple of occasions when maintenance came into the unit unannounced, but look: when your a/c goes out and it’s fixed in 24 hours, I’ll take it. I’ve lived places before where I was out a/c for several weeks. But, main idea: if I ever find myself in Shreveport/Bossier city again, I’ll be back…for my suite! Thank you all!"
"I regret to say that my experience living in this apartment complex has been nothing short of a living nightmare. I would not be writing this review if my countless attempts to address this issue with the management had been resolved. About 2 weeks ago my uncle moved here and I came to visit him for just two weeks. There was a lot of noise from the neighbors upstairs. Constant jumping, running, stomping all day long (and it is still ongoing). I understand sometimes there’ll be noises but this is over the limit. As someone who suffers from anxiety, hearing loud noises in the middle of the night from vibrations of our light due to the loud stomping and running out of nowhere scares me. I decided to let the leasing office know by calling them and when I did, the lady who had picked up asked for my name which I told and then she proceeds to tell me I need to pay $75 because I am not on the lease despite me letting her know that I came here to visit for 2 weeks. What kind of a joke is this? They will look for any way to hunt money out of you. They sent the courtesy officer over the next day and we even played recordings of the noises to the officer. The officer was a nice man who went upstairs and let the people know regarding the noise and it had stopped for a few hours. Yes, hours. The same sounds started the very next day. My uncle went to the office again to let them know 2 days later and they called the courtesy officer again in front of him and we were told he would go there and let them know again. It’s disheartening to see that the management doesn't take these serious issues seriously. The next day the same sounds are being heard. Sleep has become a luxury I can barely afford, and my productivity has plummeted due to constant fatigue. I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable living environment. Save yourself the headache and find a place where your sanity won't be ruined by a stampede of feet and an unresponsive management team. edit to the reply: with all due respect, we did infact call when the noise disturbance had occurred. Nobody came that whole day… We had to call after hours the next day and then the officer came after about 30 minutes by when the noises had quieted down. We also provided recordings of the noises to the officer who then proceeded to notify the neighbors so yes he was able to confirm the noises. There would be no point in calling in a courtesy officer if there was no disturbance. To say we didn’t report another report after our initial conversation would be a blatant lie."
"I moved to the Lexington in 2018 and here for a 2nd time in 2023. I love the office staff, very welcoming atmosphere. The energy the office staff brings is impeccable. Almost thought Maintenance was lighting McQueen, they fix things so quickly. What I like most they don’t rig it up they actually fix stuff. I wish the condo side had valet trash BUT other than that one of the best properties in bossier. Clean and very quiet. Well worth every penny. Candace and Terri are the best!"
