"I lived here, but I heard Jessie left and she's the only reason I left a good review. The roaches were a big problem in my apartment and they followed me to my new place. It took me forever to get rid of them. Don't live here. Management only cares about money and not the people living in their apartments. I recommend Villa Chateau if your looking."

"Beautiful clean grounds nice apartment's it's tenants responsibility to keep their place clean it helps keep bugs away!! Wonderful management and owners bless them!! But management needs to have a conversation with these maintenance men about respecting womens privacy when entering females apartment's they need to announce themselves loud and don't just barge in after you say hold on and announce when they are coming into the bedroom area otherwise I'd recommend this place"

"I am looking for a place to rent and the lady said no dog's and she is very unprofessional. But I seen a lot of dog Apartments. She is very very rude to the tenants that live there. And I know these dogs are not service dogs. I don't see why I couldn't rent apartment because I have a little chihuahua and she is very well house-trained. But this is the second time she is got rude with me. And I see see that certain people do certain things. Because you're going to wind up losing a lot of tenet's"

"I enjoy living here. The Manager Miss Jessie is very intentive to your needs ALWAYS.... And if any Resident complains about the staff or management they are most likely the same ones who can't pay their rent or always complain about everything. Some people just aren't happy..... PERIOD! But I love it here and feel safe! And isn't that all that matters in this day & age."
