"I lived there for over a year. All the staff was helpful. Specially Emma which was very kind and helpful. I am going to miss her. It’s not fancy nor it has all the amenities but it’s cheap and quite. Kind neighbors and many kids playing safe. If you are looking for sth affordable and ok and not asking too much this is your place."

"Worst experience ever, I was called into the office about some issues they claimed they had with me, but they never told me what the issue was because I wouldn’t turn off my phone, by me not turning off my phone so they could say what they had to say, they claimed I wouldn’t Cooperate and flat out gave me a eviction for no reason and i was only living there for 3months, I was told that they didn’t have to have a reason to evict me, and the apartment was roach infested anyways and if they try to lie, I have all my receipts to back it up recordings in all"

"This isn’t a place where a peaceful person would want to Live, The manager named. Maggie, is very sneaky, she seem sweet at first, but watch her very carefully and don’t let her talk to you any kind a way like you are a child, she will lie and tell u to report problems but when you report the problems, she look at you as the problem, based on my Facts. Also, be very careful with some of the maintenance men, make sure you are home when they enter your apartment or have you a camera in there where they can’t see it. and that is all I am going to say about that. I Thank God that he delivered me from there to a much better place."

"The staff is great and friendly, when I 1st move there it was a few roaches. But its taking care haven't had a problem since and the neighbor's are very generous. Its definitely a safe place in my opinion."

"The managers here are friendly and helpful. I see a lot of negative post, but I have been here for about 1 1/2 years and I have never had an issue with bugs or roaches. The apartments are newly remodeled and bigger than most apartments I have lived."
