"Based on the options in Beaumont for pediatricians, this is the best place to bring your kiddos. The best part about this office is there is a sick clinic every morning from 7:30-9 AM for those long and unexpected sick nights and you need your child seen quickly. Not to mention there is an on call nurse at all times of the night if you have a concerning question or don’t know what to do! They will always make same day appointments if your child is sick. We use Dr Roesler, LOVE HIM, but we have seen other doctors in the sick clinic and they have all been very great. Nurses are super sweet and my kids look forward to their sucker and stickers at check out! With a child who has dealt with many illnesses and medical issues in her life, I feel very confident with Dr Roesler examining and treating my children."

"I started with Beaumont Pediatrics in 2013 with my firstborn and by 2021 I had enough with the behaviors and attitude of the front desk. I told them I was not happy with the way they treated me and that I would start looking for another pediatrician. They sent me a letter for me to sign and send back stating I was leaving their practice. I never bothered with it because I was determined to find a new provider and i was still very angry about the interactions. To be clear I never had an issue with the doctors or nurses. They were fantastic and caring and attentive for almost 8 years. It's the front office staff that makes you feel less than human. I did not yell or cuss at them but I was calm and clear. I told them they made me feel like a burden every time I called in and that their demeanor in person was just as bad. I told them I didn't feel like I was being treated well at all and that I think it's time for me to find a provider I feel happy with. Here it is, 2 years later, i have struggled to find a doctor to take us as cash pay patients or who I feel comfortable working with. I have called 3 times to ask them to allow my children return as patients and the office manager, Theresa, has refused each time stating, "the doctor's feel that whatever issue you had is still going to be an issue for you now and you will not be happy with their service so they will not accept you back." I explained that my issue was not with the doctors but with the front office and she still had the same response. Surely they know their office staff are garnering the bulk of the complaints here on Google but I suppose they don't see an issue with that. I explained that I was struggling to find care for one of my children specifically and that I NEED HELP. She again refused. I am willing to pay new patient fees for both of my children but I never get the chance to offer that because she is a constant interrupter. She never let's you speak an entire sentence because she has a rebuttal for everything you say. This office manager acts as a wall between patients and the office (staff and medical professionals) and she is representing them poorly. I truly hope someone with hiring authority sees this review and many others like it and allows Theresa to retire as soon as possible. She has no compassion and no business being the face/voice of a pediatricians office."

"We moved here 4 years ago, I was worried that I wouldn't find a pediatric office like the on we had in Alabama! I cannot say enough good things about Beaumont Pediatric Center! My kids see Cheryl Smith and she has been amazing every single visit! Thanks for caring ❤"

"Where to start...before covid my children were patients. Due to the pandemic my children were placed on medicaid. When I contacted the office to make an appointment and was told they did not take medicaid. I was so upset because my children love their doctor. Now 5 years later my children have insurance that the doctor will take and the doctor office is refusing to take my children. Stated they took medicaid all along, all I had to do was change to a plan they took. When I asked if they would take me back due to falsely being told they did not take medicaid, the office manger then stated, oh we can't take you back because you willing left. I told her that was wrong, I did not willing leave your office told me they did not take my children's insurance and I had no choice but to find another doctor. The office manger then stated oh well its been 5 years and since you left our practice we can't take you back. First off I didn't willing leave the practice, I was told that they did not take my children's insurance. So I was forced to leave. Secondly,to be told oh well its been 5 years and since you left the practice, I'm not allowed back is refusing to treat a patient. This place use to be my top pick for doctors and I use to tell everybody about this place but I will never do that again, not if they are going to treat fromer patients due to a pandemic and their office giving false information and then they take responsibility for. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because if anything like a pandemic happens again and you are forced out of their practice they will refuse services."
