"Restaurant was very clean and food was hot and fresh. I didn't catch ny server's name, but she was excellent! This Chili's has really turned around. Keep up the great work; it is noticed!"

"Ordered chips and salsa. Salsa was like watered down tomato sauce. No salsa ingredients could be found. Asked our waiter if they had better. He went to the kitchen and told us "no and people had been complaining about it all day". Didn't offer us anything to replace it. The chips were also weird. Bad food all around."

"My daughter and I went there the other day. Bri is an amazing bartender and has a great sense of humor. Kat came by to check on us and see how our food and experience was going. She is very charismatic and a wonderful manager. Best experience we have had. Highly recommend!"

"The server was friendly but very slow. It took a solid 10 minutes to get waited on. Then longer to get order placed. The food was brought by a runner, so it was nice and hot. I ran out of my drink and had to hunt her down to get a refill, while the tables around got their orders and left before I could even get a Togo box. There was an issue with the ticket and the wait for a Togo drink was way longer than it should have taken. Then I was told nothing could be done about the item I was overcharged, after waiting at least 15 minutes for that news. It was the last time I'm coming here. I was actually thinking of leaving and going to McDonald's after I saw other tables getting better service from the same server. There were other times I came to the same Chili's location and had poor service, so we stopped coming here for awhile. Well, we gave them another chance. This time was the last straw and will never come back. From the attitude displayed, I'm sure we won't be missed. Unacceptable! Ihop, Waffle House, even driving to Denny's will be better options."
