I guess he'll just take your down payment and expect you to default on it and not ever call you even though you've been calling him and tell you you owe more than what you do call you the day before court and offer offer to that you owe what you thought you owed whenever he never answered you when you tried to clarify it the first time. All he had to do was answer an email. Now I guess he's going to go to court and make me look bad like I didn't communicate with him"
