Quality Inn and Suites Lake Charles

"The room has 2 roaches as soon as we enter into the room. You could see lots of light even after the room door was closed from the hall. You could also hear everything happening in the hall. There were cars at the gas station with really loud music. In the room a loud sound was coming thru the vent in the bathroom. We keep the light on in the backroom to hopefully stop the cockroach parade from happening. We were tired and finally got some sleep."

"Room is clean and bed is very comfortable .They have hot dogs and waffle in breakfast which tasted good and they take good care of hygiene front desk is very kind they allowed me for late checkout for free and i had good time swimming in pool with a lesser price i had good time staying there"

"I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, but this place was so bad I have to. We weren’t expecting much to begin with because of the hotel brand and price. And I know the price is tempting but DON’T DO IT. The free breakfast isn’t worth it either. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Don’t let the “newly remodeled” title fool you. The service was nice and friendly but it doesn’t make up for how disgusting the room was. There was hair and soap scum all over the shower. The fridge was leaking and there was water all over the floor. There were burritos and ice cream left in the freezer. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The sheets also hadn’t been changed in a while as they were covered in dirt, crumbs, and all sorts of hair. I had to ask for a new set of linens and changed it out myself. Magically, no hair, dirt or crumbs on the fresh sheets. The whole place smelled of cigarettes, weed, and sour dirty mop water. I will never stay at a quality inn again. After all of this, they didn’t return the whole $50 deposit, I received $17 back."

"Our stay was pretty decent but absolutely hate the room service. They only knocked once did not give us a chance to open before barging in twice. Once when we were asleep and demanding towels. We barely understood what she was saying. Pool was decent. Upstairs stunk pretty bad and walls so thin you can hear your neighbors upstairs and two doors down. Barely anything for breaks, the waffles were 2 out of 10"

"I was assigned room 210 and it had mold in it and the hotel has a very bad scent to it. It smells like it has been flooded recently. I was offered another room but the smell was unbearable. I eventually left and went to the Quality Inn & Suites on Lake Shore Drive in Lake Charles, La. It had a pleasant smell and the room was very clean."
