"Well it's been 5 years, and I stopped by 1st time since 2019, apparently they still don't provide public restrooms. I literally avoid stopping here every day I go to work. (Jan 2024) Now I plan on not coming back since every time I stop by, they have the restrooms closed off.... Every. Time. (Jan 2019) Original review: Staff are friendly. (that was 2 years ago 2017)"
"The older man that was working the evening of 9/25/21 around 7:30pm is extremely rude. I went in to purchase lottery tickets. The previous two times I’ve purchased tickets the wrong numbers were printed. This time I asked to see the tickets and he older man raised his voice and started asking why I wanted to see the tickets. I tried to explain and he just kept talking over me and not listening to what I was saying. It got to the point that the customer behind me commented, “Why is this man always angry? Every time I come in here he is angry.” I eventually took my tickets, paid and left. Walking towards my car I checked the numbers and how many tickets. The number were right but this time he didn’t print out all of the tickets. I went back in and showed him. I explained this was the reason why I wanted to check the tickets. He couldn’t be trusted to be competent enough to print out lottery tickets. I live 2 minutes away from this location and I stopped going there because of him. After Hurricane Ida, I started going back and there where a couple of really nice employees working behind the counter. I thought I’d give the location another chance. Never again. I’d rather drive 10 minutes down the street to another gas station where everyone working there is courteous. Never again will I go to the location."
"Failure as a business since they do not require masks for their customers during a PANDEMIC!! Where's the mask policy? Protect your customers during a worldwide pandemic. Edit: There's a new sign on their door requiring masks to be worn. Unfortunately, they still allow customers without a mask."
"High prices due to closeness to UNO. At night, they close the interior and have people line up at the window to make purchases. Minors from UNO will ask for people to buy them alcohol."
"I was in your store today to purchase gas. And cigarettes and this man Oliver was very very rude and mean. I need for someone to contact me from this store because this situation could have easily been avoided. You must listen fully to your customer don't assume anything Mr Oliver. I came in asking for cigarettes a cigar and the rest of my change on the gas this man took it to another level. I gave him $16 dollars and he didn't even let me finish giving him money he just assumed I was done and tells me this cost this and this will be on gas then gone ask me do I understand no the question is do you understand he'll no I don't understand when not even let me give you more money AND THEN PUT MR OUT AND SAID HES NOT SERVING ME.........ARE YOU SERIOUS how I just got of from working 10 hours come on man"
