"When I went in earlier today the woman behind the counter let me purchase my gas and other products (totaling up to $30 in gas) with my card and it approved on my end. Then when I wasn’t offered a receipt I went to pump my gas and it didn’t work so I went back in and the cashier simply gave me a receipt that only said the price I “paid” without any explanation whatsoever. After 5 minutes of trying to get any sort of explanation from the first cashier without any avail I was finally assisted by another! The woman was a little heavy and she became very hostile due to my questions about my money. Terrible experience won’t be going here ever again!"

"This is the worse exon in the state of Louisiana first of all I sent my husband in there to get ice we did not know if we only bring their cups in fewer get free ice but that's lie #1 the next time I went with their cups was told I had to pay no matter what so you see how the story changed but was given the ice free of charge. The next time my disabled mom went in their they gave her no problem was in and out. So then I went back last week mind your this is the closest to our house and associate argued Me down saying there was no possible way my husband or my mom got free ice from there when I witnessed them doing it. I will go way out my way to avoid this one they need all new staff and managers. They are the only ones that charge for ice in new Orleans which is very sad don't waste your time going here the one on south Claiborne which is a circle k gives you free ice with your own cups."

"I really wish i could give 0 stars, but I cant....anyway, none of the pumps work properly, i've had 2 different pumps not auto shutoff, resulting in gas pouring out all over my car, my wheel (which was plasti dipped, and gas + pd = no more plastidip...both times), and my shoes. Oh and the pumps fill at a rate of about 1 gallon per 6 minutes. The staff here are mind-numbingly ignorant, and the station is always filled with homeless scumbags relentlessly bugging you for money and get pissed when you don't....in short, f%&k this gas station"
