"I go in this store every night. Most nights there is a super nice man working there but some nights there is also a woman there. She is a rather large African American woman. At first she was very nice until she messed up one of my transactions and set the gas pump wrong and proceeded to treat me like I had done something wrong. Then, tonight, my daughter and I went in and she stared us down the whole time and made some stupid comment to my daughter about stealing when we were clearly paying for our stuff and always do pay for everything we get over there. I already called the manager on her once and nobody called me back. I’m going to call again because she needs to get a new job if she can’t treat her customers with the respect they give her!!"
"It’s a great shop person who checked us out was very sweet and kind. On the other hand the African American women sitting on her phone doing nothing but staring me down and making comments was very rude accusing me of stealing while I’m paying for my things needs to get fired if she can’t treat people with pure respect"
"The ladies in the morning are always nice. Tea is always made by the time I get there at 630 in the morning. Good price on gas."
"Open your restrooms at night your a 24/7 gas station. Your signs of cleaning and sanitizing is a lie. Also the staff asking why I got my change on the gas that I purchased and didnt use all of it so he could keep as a tip I guess? Well heres my tip do your job and clean them restrooms quicker!"
"I would put a zero if possible. The pump took $75 out of my checking account for a pre-authorization. Then I didn't have the money to buy the gas or buy food afterwards. I was only allowed to buy $3.42. The cashier and management were told that our banks do this. But if they knew anything about banking they would know that banks can't and don't do that. The electronic fund transfer company that THEY hired does this. They also have a silly sign up about no guns on property, it is a class 4 felony. Not in Louisiana. Article 1 section 11 of our state Constitution specifies our right. Under our law its usually a $100 fine, a felony here is at least one year in jail. We aren't a common law state, we are Napoleonic. Stripes has motivated me to lobby our state to require signage at the pump specifying how much pre-authorization funds will be removed, to avoid surprised customers in the future. If this were to happen during an emergency Stripes would be jinvestigated and fined heavily under our anti-gouge laws for making a bad situation worse. I also don't know why they would put a diesel nozzel on a gas pump. Really don't have their stuff together."
