"12/01/23 9:10 am Store clerk was verbally abusive and refused to answer my question about replacing the coffee creamer, and instead started complaining about just coming back from vacation and not knowing if the store even had creamer. Unacceptable behavior for a Circle K employee or any employee for that matter. I can see from this store’s feedback that this has been an ongoing problem for months including members of management. Probably franchise owned."

"Always go to this circle k because they are usually great. But as of today the worker rolled her eyes at me after she sold me the wrong product and I came in a kindly asked for an exchange. Wasn’t expecting much but the fact that I got an attitude is crazy after she messed up is quite rude. Don’t really wanna walk inside there anymore"

"This is the WORST place I've ever been to!! The manager herself is rude to her customers & employees as I've witnessed her talking crazy to her employees in front of me. Several people had had stories similar to mine about the manager and environment there. I was in line with several others while she was just standing while the cashier checked everyone out, the employee on stand by offered to help the other lady out and the manager said "NO! IM STANDING RIGHT HERE!" I've had a friend work there previously as well. She said it wasnt pleasant to work beneath her and that was by far the worst manager she's worked for. She does things out of spite, she talks to her employees any kind of way, like they are beneath her and will never be up to her standards. You say you did something, she has done it and 10x better and faster. She never compliments her workers for anything, always complaining. And this is just the least of it."
