"This store advertises as 24 hrs. The problem is sometimes they ARE but a lot of times the doors are locked and employees just hanging out inside talking. If the store had set business hours and shut down at a certain time every night, I would understand and respect that. However, it seems like the overnight staff picks and chooses when they want to be open for business. There is no consistency at all with their business hours. I stop at this store 4-5 nights a week. I spend no less than $100 between gas, snacks, etc. Out of those 4 or 5 stops, this store is guaranteed to be closed 2-3 of those nights. Why??? I understand locking the doors sometimes for different reasons. But I don’t understand how it can be closed on random days at random times ALL THE TIME with the staff literally just standing around talking doing absolutely NOTHING. If the store needs to close for whatever reason, at least post a sign up or something. Or y’all will continue to lose business to other nearby stores that are open with more consistent business hours. Do better!"

"Husband and I went in this evening because we were craving the ice cream bar and knew they had frozen yogurt there. We get our cups and frozen yogurt with a few toppings and are just about to walk up to pay, and this young worker comes up to us and says that the ice cream machines are off and the topping bar is closed. There were no signs up saying so, ice cream was frozen and toppings still there. I looked at my husband and said, "well, it's a little late now." We were just going to pay and leave, until this girl whips around and yells at me, "I can CLEARLY see that!" So we left the ice cream there and walked out. Clearly...this girl needs to be retrained or rehomed."
