"Terrible experience with Dr. Cruz for an I-693 medical exam. Our Civil Surgeon arrived 25 minutes late to the building (we saw him walk in) and then waited another 10 minutes before being seen. Our interaction with him was rushed and he seemed irritated and unwilling to answer simple questions we had about the process. His rude demeanor and dismissive behavior towards us were very surprising for someone in his profession. Luckily for us, the center refunded us our money so we could go elsewhere for this service. I WOULD NOT recommend Dr. Cruz for ANY medical appointment based on our experience."
