"Once they finally got to doing what we were there for yesterday, it was done quickly. Other than that the place is disgusting and seems very unprofessional. I’ve called 4 times today, 2 times no one picks up the phone and the other 2 times I’m hung up on quicker than I can say “hello”."

"Very unfortunate!!! I have been leaving messages to call me back. Keeps me wondering if the office is still open. On the other hand they might have a new policy of answering messages after 6 months. I think it's time to look for another medical provider because if that's the way the business is being run now, the service could also be the same. That would be a drastic deterioration of the service compared to what I had been receiving."

"I have my appointments at the Pascagoula office. They are very no frills and professional, not to mention very friendly. I have had no problems with anything and Ms. Tran explained my diagnosis to me today. I am very pleased with her and the office and staff. Highly recommend!"

"I don’t really care about stuff too much but, I won’t be returning to this place. The dr diagnosed my skin condition without even seeing it, and when you have to spend forever for a nurse you get bored and look around. The rooms are DISGUSTING, I don’t know what it is all over the walls and floor but I don’t think I want to know either. I never had a bad experience with the staff being rude like the other reviews, I actually quite enjoy them, but friendliness doesn’t help my health so I will not come back."

"If I could give no stars I would. First off when I walked in the front desk lady was nice. Then we get in a room wait a little bit. The doctor comes in not even looking a my child and says oh yeah she has vitiligo. Then proceeds to ask what arm. He was rushing through everything I could barely understand what he was saying. Then say a nurse is coming right in to do first treatment. Sat there waiting over 30 minutes. Finally peek my head out to try and find a nurse no one in site with empty rooms. Ask the front desk lady if she can find out what treatment they are waiting on because I do have another appointment. The room we were at was at the front and she never asked. Finally have waiting 20 more minutes I say we have to leave. The nurse finally came up and said let me look at her chart. Only to be told we don’t have that treatment it has to be ordered. So we were sitting in the room all that time for nothing. Horrible communication. I would at a doctors office and we know what and why a patient is still in the room. Then call to talk to the office manager and never got a call back. The office seemed not as kept up either. Never again!"
