"Horrible experience, the first time I entered the store was some time last year when they first opened, they had a wide range of great products like nectar collectors for 15 bucks (the small ones), I recently broke mine so I went in the store today to purchase a new one, but the woman behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful, after just standing there for about 5 mins ( she didn’t ask if I needed help or anything) I asked about the nectar collectors and received the response NO, without any other words, then I asked to buy a pen butane torch, and received a bunch of attitude, I still purchased it because I know the owner isn’t aware of this behavior, I met the guy he was extremely helpful, I have recommended at least 15 people to this store but maybe the ownership has changed or something but if the owner wants to keep customers he should get rid of the lady behind the counter right now"
