"Horribe service and not friendly. Stoped their to get a coffee on the way to work. Accidentally dropped it and couldn’t go back in because i was on my way to work. Went back for lunch with my receipt and they told me i had to pay again for it. Meanwhile it was the cashier that seen me buy it that morning."

"Extremely RUDE lady working the morning of 12/23/21. I shouldn’t need to tell this establishment that this is no way to engage your customers especially when considering that there are WAY too many alternate options in the immediate vicinity. Moving forward I will now ALWAYS pass up this location en route to their Jones Creek Rd. location and would absolutely advise others do the same."
"Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The store is only clean when Moe is there. There hasn't been good service since Meme and Avis were there. They are over charging for cartons of cigarettes and not giving the 5 cent discount per pack on cartons. My husband was charged 80.00 for a carton of cigarettes. I came in today to tell Moe about it but he was not there so I tried to tell the cashier on duty that Moe needed to know what was going on, and I was met with a rude cashier that justified her coworkers actions. I would report her name but she wasnt wearing a name tag. She has braids and wears them stacked up on her head. I've been coming to this store since it's been open and I have witnessed such a downgrade in the store in the last 6 months. Needless to say the Jones Creek store will get my business from now on. Hire better cashiers with customer service skills and maybe refuse to let them use cell phones or talk on the business phone when they have customers. I am livid. Moe is great and doesnt deserve such a bad review."
