"There is a lady who works evening shifts on Floynell - I have run into her maybe 6-8 times and she consistently has the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. That's saying something being in Louisiana! She is always giving a nasty look, literally has never said a word, and just stares at you when you say hello or when you ask for something. It is honestly astonishing and unacceptable"

"On Wednesday morning about 9:30 I stopped by the circle k on airline and highland to get gas -I went inside the store to ask the cashier why is it that whenever I use my card it says see cashier- she went on to try to explain what I was doing wrong very rudely and at the end of her explanation it still was wrong so I corrected her and told her what the pump was reading as I was walking out she called me rude as if I wouldn’t hear her -so let me say this no matter what your job is do it at your best ability no matter if you are making 5 dollars a hour our 5,000 dollars a hour it’s rude people like this that would ruin your business and when I told her I was going to report her she replied please do I’m pretty sure this is her demeanor at all times don’t lose your business because you have ignorant workers in your establishment this behavior represents your establishment. Just Saying!!!!!!"
