"Restroom “out of service” for well over a month because employees don’t want to clean it"

"We asked to use the restroom after driving for 5 hours and were told the bathroom was out of order. While I was filling up my tank, I saw 2 people come in and out of the bathroom."

"The so called "lady" was beyond rude. She said it would be 20 minutes to be waited on as they were counting change. I said I just needed to use the ladies room as we had gotten gas outside after three hours on the road. She said "It's out of order." I said, "Well where do you go?" She just shrugged. She is not a gracious helpful employee. Whoever owns this Exxon circle should rethink hiring her. It was the lady in the forefront, not the girl at the register who was uncaring."
