"I waited almost an hour to be brought back. One person was admitted before me. He, too, didn’t have an appointment. I realize people are sick with the flu, but it was not that busy. It shouldn’t take that long. Remind me never to come back to this urgent care. There is nothing urgent about anything they did today. Almost 2 hours. Staff spent time talking to each other."

"I went to the urgent care center at 8:00 a.m. (when the center opened) as a walk in and was not see until 2 1/2 hours later. I tried to go on line to make an appointment, but your appointment system was very user unfriendly. It was hard to negotiate. You need more than one doctor to see patients. I feel I did not get the attention I needed, because she was too busy trying to take care of all of the patients waiting. You put too much pressure on the doctor to do a good job."

"Taling into consideration it was the day after Christmas, so I am not sure how the clinic was staffed, but the only issue I had was the 3hr wait time. Once I was call to the treatment room I received treatment quickly & professional. I even received a follow up call the next day to check on my condition and if I had any questions, that was nice."

"Very nice facility. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Short waiting time bf I was seen by Nurse Practitioner. Was given thorough examination. Explained medication prescribed for me. Doctor also came in for a quick review. I even got a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing and to see if I had any questions. Great experience."
