"Brought my 97 year old mother to Ochsner Kenner ER. The first nurse was abrupt, rude and very impatient. My mom was there for leg swelling and pain and the nurse was horrible. She expected my mom to hop out of the wheelchair and spring into the bed. I had to say wait she is 97 and limping, give her a minute. Thankfully that nurse didn’t return. All of the others were nice. The room however was NOT CLEAN. Drops of Blood on the floor which was NOT my moms , used gauze, caps of syringes and other items of previous patients. I had to ask that the items be removed and the blood off of the floor be cleaned."
