"I never give bad reviews unless I feel something ain’t right. Manager or cashier I’m thinking manager was on phone with head phones in I tried getting her attention because I had to use the bathroom real bad and it was an emergency I understand working nights is tough but come on now. I went in well I twisted the door handle not thinking to push it open thought it was locked so I went to her nicely and asked if there was a key or something and she talking me and yelling like I’m a kid she had a nasty attitude saying loudly well it shouldn’t be locked and huffed and puffed. I understand how frustrating customer service can be because I work in a store too but I always treat my customers right no matter how they may be annoying. Y’all may need to double check what employees yall hire because that was uncalled for. All I went in was to use the bathroom because that was the only place near by I didn’t expect such rude behavior from an employee especially management. Acting like I was all a bother from her personal phone time. Yes it’s plank rd but geez."

"Soda machine is always not working"

"Was in the coffee club, but every morning on my way to work at 6:30am can't get in to get coffee cause doors are locked and you can't get coffee through a window."
