"Keisha was an employee that I was dealing with tonight (manager) and she had the biggest attitude when we were trying to make a hot chocolate and the machine was making an coffee after I tried the drink and told her it was an coffee. I get a hot chocolate every day there is a Mardi Gras parade on this side of town and know what one taste like. Very poor service, 1 other employee had an attitude and also tried to argue."
"I have gone to this place FIVE TIMES trying to get some “fresh brewed tea” that is advertised. It is either not filled up at all or just filled with water. I have gone at all different parts of the day. All go bears in Thibodaux seem to always have the tea, but this store just can’t get it together. Such a shame because the tea is delicious and this is so close to where I live."
