"I usually don't write bad reviews, but my mom ordered a stitch mug online which said was available in houma store. We live a good distance from the store so she called to make sure her pickup was available before she headed there. The worker even went get the tablet and said yes its here waiting for you. when she got there to pick it up they didn't even have it. They said a lady bought the last one, but why tell my mom her item was available. Either someone lied or someone isn't doing their job in inventory! Which is very upsetting because she was getting the mug for a Xmas gift. And I love this store when I shop inside. But will never order online again! I'm bringing my business to Amazon for this item now."
