"I like the products that they provide for customers. You really save money when you shop at the Dollar Tree stores. Two things that really affect customers are over crowded cluttered stores, and rude employees. I can deal with the clutter. However, the employees are rude and uncaring. And, when a person calls the home office to register a complaint, the automated telephone system is difficult to navigate. Customers with an issue are labeled "angry" and or "problem". I will continue shopping at all Dollar Tree stores because of the money saved. However, they need to recruit people friendly employees! And, not hire someone who simply want a paycheck and offers poor customer service."
