If there is a delay, they should have simply let me know. You cannot over communicate anything, yet there was zero communication. An appointment time is an appointment time. It is not a suggestion. I completely understand a 10-15 min post appointment wait time is fine.This is unprofessional. Time is money. This is patient care, not the DMV."
