"I’m surprised at the amount of negative reviews on here. We went today with my boys and they were very fearful. Both of them gave us such a hard time to do the appointment. All the ladies in there were extremely patient and kind with me knowing I was struggling with them so bad. I have never been treated with that type of understanding before. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them in the past and today."

"After reading the google reviews, I am so thankful for the experience I DID not have with this place. Missed an appointment due to having Covid and when I called to reschedule I was told I would never be able to bring my child here. Obviously they are so big they are not worried about one person’s money. I could understand having a cancellation fee for the missed appointment, however I was not even given the option. Absolutely ridiculous!!"

"People should know that if you choose to bring your child to this place, you could be participating in psychologically harming them. Unfortunately I brought my daughter here for her first visit. She was already very anxious and fearful and the girl that was cleaning her teeth had ZERO compassion. My daughter was crying and bleeding and I stopped the cleaning. I was somewhat scolded by this lady “dentist”. She wanted me to leave her in the back and tried to coerce me into giving consent to HOLD HER DOWN if necessary. We left abruptly. The treatment was sadistic. It scared my daughter for years until thankfully, we found an actual compassionate dentist and hygienist. We could hear another kid screaming who I presume was alone, behind a closed door. Please don’t send your kids to the back alone if you choose to go here."

"The facility never did anything to seriously upset me, but they have done things that mad me more angry than not. At my kids cleaning they told me a fluoride treatment was covered by my insurance… then I get a bill. Turns out it wasn’t. Then they call to schedule an appointment and I couldn’t schedule until the rest of the bill was paid … I’m talking I owed them less than $10. Then I couldn’t simply pick a day / time because they see younger patients earlier. I can’t go in the mornings because of work and their day care rules. I explained that and then said it’s no issue… I can bring them to my dentist … when I said that they worked with me better. I don’t hate bringing my kids here but I can’t wait until they are older and I can bring them to my dentist."
