"I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a joke. I started looking elsewhere middle of December when I found out they AGAIN went up at least $900 on my policy. When I found somewhere else $1400 cheaper (highly recommend Nobels Ins) I immediately went with them. I notified my mortgage company and they let me know they had already sent a check to Trinity but Trinity hadn’t cashed it yet. To prevent that from happening I went through the whole nonrenewal/cancellation process. Multiple people were informed of this and multiple emails (almost every other day) TO NOT CASH IT. THANK GOD my mortgage company put a stop payment on that check because what did Trinity decide to do? PAY OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKET TO RENEW MY “POLICY” WITHOUT MY CONSENT. So much for the emails I have saying “my policy” would not be renewed. I’m just wondering how long I would have waited on my refund had that check not been canceled because now that it’s y’all’s money on the line the situation has become pressing. Absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone."
