"I am having the best experience here. I've found the staff to be professional, attentive and friendly. This place is on par with other facilities I've gone to."
"If I could give zero stars I would. I sought out this clinic of my own accord. They force you to take a drug test then charge you for it. Then they require an assessment by counselors and they charge you an eval fee for that. They ask tons of questions about you and your history. Which by the way neither counselors assessing you are taking new patients, any available counselors only have openings once a month. Which after weeks of waiting for them to get back to me then finally revealed so. Then finally you can see the psychiatrist, which is not in person (I felt definitely mislead because it says in person and they make you drive to their clinic for it.) You sit in a room with a large screen and Telehealth with a doctor out of state. Dr Bellah 100% don't recommend. Which they then charge you another large fee for the psychiatrist eval. Then remember all those questions you answered given by the counselors and answers written on forms. Well yea the dr doesn't read any of that. He verbatim asks, "ok what's going on?" I could have laughed. I am no longer going here or recommend this place find somewhere else it's very unorganized."
"0/5 Stars preferably. My girlfriend went to try and get help with her mental health and it was a total clown show. Very unprofessional, would not recommend for anyone trying to seriously get help. Get a PCP and just go that route, seriously a joke."
"HORRIBLE! I did one week of intern training here and I immediately found a different site for training. This placed doesn’t deserve one star!! The staff is awful and disrespectful. They only want to prescribe meds and doesn’t care nor show empathy for the patients."
"If a place ever deserved less than 1 star, this would be it. When I applied for a CHP with the state of Louisiana, the state police said I needed a mental health evaluation completed, signed by a licensed physician, and returned in order to process my permit. I figured it was no problem, and understood because of recent events. So, I scheduled an appointment at the local mental health clinic to have this completed. This was nearly 2 months ago. The first appointment I went to wasn't with a licensed physician, and cost me over $150. I couldn't get my paperwork completed, but was told I would have it completed on the second appointment. So, I set up another appointment. This time it was over a tv screen with a psychiatrist. We discussed the same issues as the previous appointment and by the end of it, it cost me another $150 and a couple days missed work. I was given no diagnosis, no prescribed treatment, and released as mentally stable and sane, but I still haven't gotten my paperwork completed. The entire purpose of my visit was to have this completed, and they wouldn't do it. After the second appointment, I was given a business card and they said if I had any problems to call them. When I called to ask if my paperwork had been completed, they won't return my calls. After they wouldn't return my calls, I went by again and requested my state health records. They couldn't even do this, and only tried to give more run-around. All I needed was to have 2 sheets of paper filled out and signed. It might take them a whole 3 minutes; but when I do get to talk to someone there, the excuse I always get is 'Well, the doctors are really busy'. If you want to see your state mental health records, or if the state police are requiring you to have a mental health evaluation by a state licensed physician; why would you not go to a state mental health clinic? It's just plain robbery. If you need help with any sort of mental health issues, I highly suggest that you do not go here."
