"Awesome YMCA! A huge equipment room that's not crowded. Good classes with a variety of focus & intensity. TRX (3 walls of the aerobic room!), Boot Camp, Cycling, Yoga, Barre..! Quite a few options for the mellow population. Cross-Fit enrollment option for the intense population! Not a good variety of early morning (5:30am) classes."
"This facility is great! My husband and I have been members here for a few months now and enjoy it. He likes the evening CrossFit classes and I like the spin classes offered throughout the week. Bob and Clay are my favorite instructors! Overall very happy with our decision to get a membership here, we can’t imagine exercising anywhere else!"
