"Drove 7 hours and the kids were hungry. They asked for Cracker Barrel. Our server wasn’t pleasant. She showed up with a “don’t wanna be here face”. I asked for our drinks and said we are ready to order. Well this was definitely not what I expected. The scrambled eggs with cheese was microwaved. The cheese cake pancake was only cheese cake filling witha regular pancake and sliced strawberries. The orange juice was warm. All she had to do was smile. I really wanted this place to be awesome. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone. ***If management sees this please ask server to smile not pick crud out of her eyes in front of customers(really did this when taking our order!!!!!)***"

"After a long travel day, stopped here for dinner, hoping for a quick bite. We were sorely disappointed. We waited for about one hour for what was advertised as "in a hurry" items on the menu. After about one hour after ordering, the manager informed us that one primary item that we ordered was not available. When asked, "And I am just now being told this one hour after ordering?" the response was just a simple, "Yes," with no apology or offer of trying to make things right. The attitude was shocking, as if this is just standard operating procedure. Terrible customer service."

"First steak was medium rare when I ordered medium well. Took about 12 minutes to get new steak so food was all cold. French fries were old and hard like they had set in a basket. One guy was waiting several tables while other staff was watching. I used to eat here frequently during business travel but will never return. Gross overpriced food. When I told the cashier she just made a cringe face and never got a manager. Hire competent people!! Direct reflection of management. Don’t waste your money on this place!"
