"I had heard nothing but positive things about this clinic and so we chose to bring our new baby there. We could not be happier with the service we got. All of the staff were super nice and polite. I highly recommend this office"
"well… i was gonna get my baby an appointment here and possibly start him with this pediatrician BUT when I called the lady who answered the phone was very rude and impatient and this is not the type of care i want for my children. She was acting as if it were a problem that i was calling asking if they are accepting new patients. I’ve heard great things about this doctor and was looking forward to my baby seeing her, but when you call a doctors office and the person who answers the phone is rude i cant have my baby receiving that type of care. His insurance will cover just about any doctor in Alexandria so why would we choose to be treated with disrespect when i can simply find someone with much more respect for me and my children."
"We were sent here for 2 month vaccines and it was nothing but issues. 1. Our appointment was at 8 am. So the first of the day. We waited for 30 minutes to be seen. 2. The nurse did not hold our baby's leg for the first shot. So she kicked when the needle was inserted. Thankfully nothing happened but it could have easily damaged muscle tissue or caused significant bleeding. 3. The nurse did not aspirate the needle. Which is fine for COVID vaccines but is recommended for all others to make sure you are injecting into muscle and not a vein/artery. This can kill with certain vaccines. 4. The oral vaccine was simply placed in our baby's mouth and allowed to dribble out. I'm unsure how much is needed to be effective, but this seems like a problem. 5. They failed to document the first dose of the Hep B vaccine that was performed at the hospital at birth. Now we have to bring both documents and have this corrected during our next visit. We will not be returning even if I have to pay out of pocket for our child's next vaccine."
"By far best peditritian in central Louisiana. My children are my world and I love having a pediatrician and his staff who treat us more than just paying customers and little patients. They treat my children as if it were their children and I couldn't ask for more."
"Dr. Rhodes and his staff have always been so pleasant and caring when I have called and visited for my LOs appointments and concerns. Dr. Rhodes and the lactation consultant Ashley have been absolutely amazing with our BF journey as well. They have been encouraging and help us so much with my supply issue. Would recommend them to anyone."
