"The visit was fine, but the service at the front desk is terrible. Took from 12 pm to 4:30 pm for them to get my prescription to my doctor so he could refill it. If I didn't like Dr. Perez so much and trust home to take care of my health, I would not go to this facility. Also the desk said I had to make an appointment to get my prescription. Online it showed that Dr. Perez had a 4 pm and a 4:15 pm appointments available that day and she said he didn't and the next available appointment would be in 2 months. Something is not right."

"1st time patient. Scheduled a 9:15a for general checkup. Arrived 15 minutes early to fill paperwork. After waiting an hour at 10:15a asked receptionist why the wait was so long and if there was an ETA. She told me my nurse practitioner was seeing the patients of another doctor who hadn't come in and couldn't give an ETA. Told her I wasn't waiting more than an hour for an appointment I'd made in advance and once verified that I wouldn't be billed, I left. Would give 0 stars if possible, and do not recommend."
