"If anyone likes this doctors office it's because they don't know any better. You have to beg for medication refills. They say they'll call you back in 24 hours and there's only one person I can think of who follows through with that. They're in constant rotation and the attendings running it are no where to be seen. Maybe this is normal for yall but I've never seen anything like it where I've been. Not hating on the residents who are the doctors, they're stretched way too thin. It's the support staff that is mostly unfriendly and lazy. Debra has done a great job whenever shes there she will call me back and is the only reason ive stayed there the past year. I tried to stay here but I can't. Why have a doctor you can't even get in to see whenever you're sick."
"I'm new to Alexandria and tried to arrange care here. I have a chronic medical condition and needed supplies to manage my disease. The provider refused to order the equipment I have used for over a year. She said I had to be referred to specialty care for that order - specialty care in Lafayette. She also didn't order the rest of my supplies (pills and disposable supplies) - only ordered the one medication associated with an outdated care plan. I agreed to the care plan because the other option was to sit in the ER for something that should be managed by a PCM. For people who are new Alexandria, be warned the care I received is about 5-years outdated. One might be better served driving to a larger city."
"I have been a patient with them for over 25 years, I had my baby and set her up with them when she was born 23 years ago and she's still with them. I love them."
"I love my doctors there they understand there patients get down to the bottom of whats going with you and try to fix it the best they can from receptionist she is the best I will refer alot your way great job LSU"
