"Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location -- 5 min from the rayburn dam, and right next door to the Stump resteraunt. Theres also a Mexican restaurant right in the front. We stayed in the samll 2 bedroom trailer. It was very clean and spacious, with cooking and dining supplies. Full sized fridge was nice! Will stay again."

"My parents stayed here, so I'm going off what they said. Comfortable, clean, and the location was very good. Walking distance to food and close to necessities (dollar general). It's likely they"ll stay here again. The room was cleaned daily. Though an older building, rooms have been updated."

"My mom booked this room for me and 3 of my fellow Bassmaster Open Tournament Competitors. This was the last stop on our 2022 tournament trail of 9 tournaments across the country and this was the most accommodating place we stayed! The set up for our boats with ample parking and power was perfect. The motel was 1 mile from the ramp, The rooms were clean and they were serviced daily (unheard of nowadays and this didn't happen anywhere else on the trail). The staff was so friendly and accommodating. This motel is also within walking distance to several places to eat & a gas station/convenience store. We ate at Stumps restaurant almost every-night and the food and service there was also amazing. Home-cooked food and very accommodating/friendly service. There is no question, I will stay here again!"

"Beds comfortable, my 40 year old back just prefers our bed. They tried to increase the dog fee substantially on us, but honored what we were told based on when we booked. This hotel was definitely clean, but needs minor fixing up. We thought, we had found a place to stay every year to see family, with the increase in the dog fee, this isn't possible anymore for us. I will talk to my husband and give more detail, but it is quite an increase."
