"I brought my child here because she’s been having constant stomach issues. The front desk staff started talking rudely about me before we even made it back to see the doctor. The NERVE to judge a first time mom is mind blowing, plus saying it loud enough where everyone in the waiting room can hear. Do not go here."

"My stepdaughter brought her baby in to get checked out for possible colic/stomach issues. She told them she had recently changed the baby’s formula and the staff decided to talk bad about her at the front desk with everyone in the waiting room hearing it. Very unprofessional and inappropriate."

"The NP was great. But if I could leave a zero star for the staff I would. It was a ghost town in there, yet it took 2 hours to get in and out. They had no air on in the building. I will not be returning. The woman at the front desk treated me poorly, like we were an inconvenience. I received better care at an outside private quick care than at WK. Never thought I'd see the day."

"If I could give a zero I would! Horrible experience. I brought my 4 month old because she was running 102 fever and was told she was teething .. I’m assuming because she was chewing her hand Did not look over her or anything! This was Sunday Brought her to her pediatrician because she was still running high fever 2 days later and she has a double ear infection So we have had this since Saturday! If they would have looked in her ears and did a full assessment like they were suppose to have done it would have been seen . I was there for 2 hours for them to give me a teething diagnosis … by the way “ she is not teething “"
