"We love Aldi and most of the employees are superb. However, we’ve had two terrible experiences with Bryan (middle aged man). He was incredibly rude and unprofessional both times he was our cashier. He needs serious customer service training because he is the rudest employee I’ve encountered."

"Love shopping Aldis. But, Ambassador Cafferty store in Lafayette La. is hard to get someone to check you out. One of my 1 dislikes about this store. I am retired. Was a cashier myself at one point. Don't think I need to do someone else's job."

"normally, i love aldi. i work for instacart and when i get aldi orders i'm usually excited, but this aldi disappointed me today. i gathered all the items i needed for the order and went to checkout. they didnt have self checkout which was fine so i went to the only cashier. he was working today (11-7-23) at 11am. i think he needs to go through training again on how to NICELY handle customers. he was rude and unprofessional. he rushed me through the items and when my card was having a little trouble he snatched it out my hand and started to do it himself. i also told him i wasnt sure how many bags i was gonna need, and he got aggravated and made me pay for six. i didnt need 6, so now i have to deal with possible issues with my job because of one bag and an upset customer because she has a paid for, unused bag. normally the workers at aldi are so kind and helpful! this one was not. please pay close attention to your workers, nobody in that line needed to be treated with that kind of disrespect. i watched him be that way with 3 other people."

"Where can I start? First and foremost I am excited an ALDI store has been placed on the Northside of town. We could really use it. This store is very neat and clean . I love the atmosphere there along with the excellent customer service provided. The team is very friendly , kind and welcoming. Produce is inexpensive and fresh. I do feel however the store could use a bit more structuring as far as grouping items together. Other than that , I would 100% recommend you add ALDI to your to go list on your next grocery run. Beware though, you must bring a quarter to unlock their baskets to shop and or a reusable bag to carry your goods as plastic bags are NOT provided."
