"Champagne's has some of the best daily plate lunches in the area. Everything I've ever had here is super delicious. That's one of the main reasons to go, but I've also had a few of the to-order items and they've all been delicious. Top it off with the fact that it's very fairly priced, and you can't go wrong. Also, this is one of the only places that I found in Lafayette that has an actual slush puppy machine. Everybody has icees, but this is the real deal slush puppy. You would be crazy not to try one at least once in your life, if you haven't before."
