"This hotel was a lifesaver! Had to leave another hotel late at night, the desk staff was so helpful and found us a room for the rest of our trip. All of the staff was incredibly friendly, whether it was at the desk, running into them in the halls, or on the elevator. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cozy. I am so grateful to the staff at this hotel, they honestly made our trip so much better! Thank you!"

"While this was a decent hotel, I was not too impressed with the staff. A bit rude and not very caring. The breakfast was good hence the 3 stars for service and not 1 star. The pressure of the shower was terrible and took forever to shower and get the soap off. After having to pay $150 for deposit and taking it so quickly, it takes 3 to 7 business days to get it back. If I didn't have one more night of having to stay here, after the cruise, I would most likely not come back."

"wow this was a great hotel stay... never been to New Orleans and knew nothing . Everything the staff recommended was spot on for us, and we had a great time because of them. I hope this get back to them because people that work in the service industry never get the credit that's due. oh, and it is a nice clean hotel and walking distance to everything."

"A good chain hotel with a convenient location relative to the center. Lots of parking, but not free ($38.23 per night). The staff is friendly and satisfied our request to provide us with a quiet, peaceful room)). We got a quiet, corner, small room with an original layout: a sliding door to the bathroom and a closet between the beds and the bathroom itself.... Such a design solution) Although the bed is soft, the breakfast is standard, the room is quiet. We recommend!"

"Stayed here for just a few days with my family and the rooms did not disappoint! Everything was clean, we checked for bed bugs and any signs of mice/mites and from what we could tell there wasn't any! The service at the front desk was lovely and the location is perfect if you want to get to all the tourists spots quickly. The only issue we ran into was with booking. There was a security deposit for the second room that wasn't visible when the rooms were reserved. Turned out to be totally fine, both deposits were reimbursed after we checked out!"
