AC Hotel by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter 221 Carondelet Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

"It was kind of inconsistent with the front desk. The women were great, the gentleman was not having a great day. The two men bartenders were super and the drinks were good. The room was small but clean. Shower was amazing but bathroom needs more vanity space. It had hair dryer, shower cap and plenty of towels. No pretty view, just a car garage but not a big deal. The hotel itself needs upgrading. Not very inviting in the halls. The halls have brown walls with brown carpet. Doors need painting. The location is great. Just a couple of blocks from Canal. Overall it was a decent stay."

"Shower didn't work properly. Floors were so uneven that I stubbed my toe on the corner of a piece of cheap room flooring that was lifting/coming apart and the head of our bed was noticeably downhill from the foot. Walls were paper-thin with no acoustic insulation. You could hear everything in the hallway and every door slam shut. No complimentary coffee in the lobby in the mornings (had to buy it). No Keurig in the rooms. No way I'd stay here again."

"My experience at this hotel was phenomenal! Upon Arrival, The desk supervisor Deon had a smile on his face & helped us with an easy check-in process. He took his time explaining that a court yard area was on our floor & all the other amenities the hotel provided. The hotel + my hotel room is nice & cozy. The bathroom is super modern & really clean. Don’t hesitate to stay here."

"Great hotel located on the edge of the French quarter. Close enough to easily walk to canal street and bourbon street or even to cafe dumonde, the aquarium, or the casino. On a quiet side street that actually lets you sleep with the hustle and bustle going on a few blocks away. Staff is friendly and attentive. Housekeeping is prompt and leaves the room spotless. The rooms have really tall ceilings - taller than any hotel I’ve stayed in they make the smallish rooms feel larger than they are. Overall a great hotel for visiting the French quarter."

"Location location location. Close enough to walk to all the sights, but not in the middle of all the noise. Front desk staff was great, check in easy. Valet was efficient, didn’t need our car at all until we left. Room clean, bed comfy, bathroom barn door lacks privacy. We enjoyed our stay and the ease of navigating from the hotel."
