Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter

"No issues except the only soap in our room is the shower gel that smells like a men's deodorant. The water is hot. Food in the restaurant is great. Breakfast is not complimentary.: ( I was on the top floor and had the tiniest window. Not much of a view. Some floors (maybe the even numbers ) have little balconies tho."

"This was a pleasant surprise!!! The first hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time that I can say felt REALLY clean! The beds and pillows were amazing and I slept better there than I do at home. The staff was super attentive, helpful, warm and friendly! We had a problem with our balcony door not locking and they fixed it within the hour! To the people leaving reviews that the balcony rooms facing Bourbon street are loud…. WELL, DUH! I tuned my fan app up to loud and we slept through it! It was amazing to sit there and be part of the loud and rowdy action from our balcony! I didn’t think I would want to come back but after this experience, I do! 100% perfection!"

"If you coming to New Orleans to party, eat and drink… this is your hotel! If you can’t take noise, maybe not so much. ( the room came with complimentary ear plugs) 90% of the activities you want to do as a tourist is walking distance from the Four Points. Everything you need to have a great time is right outside the door. The hotel itself is very clean , the staff is friendly and helpful. They gave wonderful suggestions for food places and directions. I am definitely coming back here again."

"Upon Arrival, the lady at front desk was very nice and had us excited about our experience. Unfortunately our room was not clean. There was blood stains on the inside of comforter almost to be hidden. We asked for a new one and the lady who worked night shift was terrible annoyed and told us to come down to front desk to show her comforter and bring it. She replaced with a new one which also had an odd smell. THEN our towels had stains all over them, actual blood stains! The room did not smell clean, there was marks indicating bathroom was not clean. So disappointed with cleanliness of hotel rooms."

"We just got back from our stay here. It was located in a great spot on Bourbon St. You don’t have to walk far for food, entertainment or a bar. We had friends that stayed here too. They had a courtyard balcony. We found ourselves going to our room because everyone liked it better. The double queen Toulouse St. (Or however ya spell it!) balcony room was definitely big enough for all four of us. The only negative I can say is it really is very loud outside, and it’s not even Mardi Gras yet. We were okay with that and expected it. But, if noise bothers you, I would suggest a courtyard room. If I ever go back to New Orleans, I would definitely stay there again."
