"We always get great care when we goes to Baptist hospital. We have been going there for over 20 years. My husband have had several test done there lately and also in the hospital for a week after surgery. The nurses and doctors was very caring and explain everything about my husband procedure and what to expect. The social worker was very helpful in helping us get him set up with a facility to stay in for in patient stay for therapy. We give the hospital and staff a 5 star."
"My MRI test was on time and very professionally and skillfully performed by the technician. She was very gentle and considerate in using the contrast dye injection and offered a fine selection of earphone music to counterbalance the loud noise of the MRI machine. John Denver’s soothing music brought back many memories of simpler times. All hospital staff were very courteous, and professional. I have no hesitation about using Baptist Hospital services in the future, when the need arises."
"I had to change my appointment 3 times but they were always able to change it without any problems. I finally got in today and the nurse was super nice and she was able to draw blood without hurting me. That is always a plus!!"
"I had a great visit for a mammogram. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15, I got my paperwork filled out and on my merry way by 9:30. The front desk staff was very nice and my technician was very professional and comforting. I would venture to say that this was the best and easiest test to date for a mammogram! I highly recommend them. Thank you ladies!!"
"They have always taken great care of me and my family. Very caring staff and Dr's. To be honest only ran into one apparently unhappy soul that didn't like her job, I went up to ask her a question about why it was taking so long for them to call my husband to the back for his next test to be done and she was LESS than pleasant to answer my question. Not sure if she had a bad morning, or what was her issue but I sure don't appreciate being spoken to in that type of manner so I pretty much explained that to her as pleasantly as I could, she didn't like that either. She proceeded to direct my across the hall to someone else who could help me, which is where I went and they were gracious and took care of my husband within a few minutes. All we were asking was just let us know if it was going be a while so we could go for a stroll or something. Thankyou!"
