"I’ve seen multiple bad reviews on this place and the workers here. I’ve been here twice now and I can speak from experience when I say these people are friendly and will work with you. As long as you’re respectful and don’t try to tell them how to do their job, you won’t have any problems. They’ll laugh and talk with you throughout your whole process. Just keep in mind that these workers deal with people with nasty attitudes almost every day. Also, that they’ve been doing this for years and know what they’re doing! Just keep it respectful and understanding, and your experience will be smooth here!"

"The lady running this office location was very unprofessional and rude. She was more worried about going to lunch than seeing her scheduled appointments. She loudly stated how she didn’t like her scheduled appointments interfering with her lunch. I understand she is entitled to a lunch break but don’t get mad at other people because you took on the appointment time. She made it very clear she wouldn’t see walk-in’s the rest of the day. Just a very nasty person. I will be calling corporate."

"Wish I could leave zero stars. First time using this place of business and will be my LAST. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL STEER ANYONE & EVERYONE AWAY. The lady at the front desk, from the very second I walked in, was rude and had an attitude for absolutely no reason at all for the entire time I was there and throughout the entire process. I watched her treat everyone else who walked in after me the same way. No customer service whatsoever. Colored lady with really short hair. She acted as if everyone who walks in should know how to do her job for her. I walked in, told her I scheduled an appointment online, she asked “for what service,” I told her “finger printing and background check.” She responded with, “but for what?” With the nastiest tone and attitude towards me. She is then the one to assist me with the finger printing process. She gave no instructions on how to do anything and god forbid you ask a question or seem confused. Because I was unaware of finger placement or what was needed of myself, she continued to catch an attitude. She eventually left me in the room to figure it out myself, which at that point I had rathered that because I was done dealing with her. I finished the finger scans and the payment process popped up. I went in to ask if there was something she needed to do with this, she kept asking if I had an authorization code (as if I knew what that meant), again, with her nasty attitude. Told her I was paying myself. Took my card, processed payment, handed me my receipt and never said another word. I snatched my receipt and left. I’m usually pretty good about just brushing this kind of thing off and going about my day, but the service I received was just ridiculous and so uncalled for. I called customer service but I doubt they’ll do anything or call me back. How is this company still in business? They have terrible reviews for all locations."

"Terrible service. This is probably my second review on a place in my life. The lady at the front counter was low spoken and rude the entire time. Everyone that was in the waiting room agreed. I have 3 other family members go on the same day and all had the same response about the lady. Whomever was working on January 5, 2024. She also refused to help my wife because she initially said she did not have the correct paperwork but she turned out to be wrong. At this point my wife got frustrated and the lady refused to help her and said she find someone else who will help you. Bye. What terrible service. I have also called and left a message at Identgo customer feedback but I doubt they will do anything."

"If I could give 0 stars I would with the lady in the LAFAYETTE LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. She couldn’t work for no business I own. Short Caucasian woman with missing teeth, slouchy t-shirt, sweat pants and house slippers. Which is not how you dress working for a government facility. She was so rude, mean, distasteful, unprofessional to all the people in the office, all brown skinned people of course. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life. On top of the way she treated customers we never got serviced. After she played around the office dragging her feet she said I can’t see any of you it’s 4:02pm, mind you we arrived at 3:15pm, waited and she only seen 3 customers. She needs to be terminated immediately!!! As an office manager she would never work for me."
