"Went in with my spouse to get a new mattress and adjustable base. After spending hours trying to find the right one finally found one. Asked and look at the price while walking to the desk. Tag said 900 and some change. The lady quickly ripped that sheet out and said it was the wrong price and charged us 1500!!! I was too exhausted to even argue with her that the price displayed should be the price. She totally ripped us off and knew what she was doing. Will not go back."

"I Ordered a firm twin mattress, but when my spouse picked it up from the warehouse Saturday we received a soft pillow top. When I called and also visited the store manager, Vincent, the next day, Sunday, and asked for it to be picked up and have the correct one delivered to me since I was only 10 minutes from the showroom, and I was flexible on the delivery date. He said he had to email the regional manager for an approval on that, and he would call me the next day, Monday. I went into the store Monday morning at 10:30,, and he was busy with a customer. He said he would be checking his email shortly and would call me soon. I never received a call, so I called him at 5:30. He said we could exchange it since we left the plastic on it, but we would need to travel 30 minutes away to the warehouse again to do this. Also, the regional manager said they needed to contact the salesperson to see if she had made a mistake in the order, so it made me think they thought I was lying. This was my 2nd and last time to purchase from mattress direct as they didn’t own up to their salesperson error nor did they try to correct it by delivering another one to us although we live within 10 minutes of their showroom. She knew we didn't want to spend a lot of money, yet she helped us determine which was best for us at reasonable prices. Because of her we were able to save a lot of money! She was also very nice and treated us with respect and understanding. When we are ready for a new one again we will definitely look for her!!!!"
