Wood Acres Motel

"we have been here now 3yrs and there very nice friendly people over here.they come clean our room brings us things for our rooms there room or great we have everything working in our rooms and we have ac works tv works icebox works micwave works stove workers water is hot and cold ac is cold our dog loves being here and they respected us and always come and see if we need anything and they always helping us out when we need it there good poeple and a amazing motel.3 yrs we been there and we havent had any prombles with nobody around this motel,and no probmles with none of the owers or the people that work for them there really sweet nice respectable loving wounderful amazing good people here at wood acres motel on airline highway in baton rouge,l.a. there prices i think or really cheap to stay in and my family comes visited us all the time but they dt sleep over look people rules r rules its a bussiness life thts how them nice sweet loving people make a living so be nice resepect them they work hard to make a living u dt know wht theses people tht stay in there rooms to them rooms and how they treat they owners and there workers i have seen it all so for wood acres motel im giving ull 100%of good resepectable wounderful loving amazing great reviews.may good blessed ull at wood acres motel there the best people i every seen r even met in mylife so u have nothing but starts from me ty god bless ull have a blessed great amazing wounderful day urs truely janell,ragan. and my family..ty again.."

"They didn't have hot water, I seen two rats, they have roaches, tv didn't work right, the toilet was loud the whole and they need insulation because we heard every car, truck, motorcycle and bike pass down the street. When I told them they act as if they didn't know what was going on. And have the nerve to charge a deposit"

"You can't have visitors in a room that you pay 55 dollars for that is roach infested. The owner walks into your room without knocking and gives you 10 minutes to get your belongings out if you don't have her money in time. It's sad. She chases after your guests and tells them if they don't have money to rent a room that they can't come visit your room. Its sad."

"Extremely overpriced, owners are rude, have no respect or concern towards customers, no employees for housekeeping or maintenance(instead use tenants who cannot afford full rental fees @ rate of $3/room & kick them out after they've worked 9a-4p cleaning for them or waiting for their assignments) which is why rooms aren't properly cleaned, each additional person after the first is additional $20 even if not spending night(visitors included), bedbugs & roaches in several rooms! I could continue but simply stated don't stay here!!!"
