"Save yourself the time and stay somewhere else. Couldn't get in our room. TV didn't work. Changed rooms. No fridge, no microwave and no shower curtain. Took a shower because I don't live in a 3rd world country and flooded the bathroom. No new clean towels the next day and told maintenance would bring us some. Still waiting....."
"See all the positive reviews where the reviewer has 1 or 2 reviews and gives this place 5 stars? They are fake. Typical 3rd world Indian run slum and making fake reviews. Accurate rating is under 2. Truly surprised that Wyndam would allow this slum to be affiliated with them. Most uncomfortable, low class nothing to offer place I have EVER seen in the US. I would be angry if this place only cost $20. Walked in, notice no fridge or microwave. Went to front desk to see about ice machine so I could keep my stuff in my cooler fresh since no fridge. Ice machine just broke- but from photo you can see it hasn't worked in years. Go over to turn on light at the sink and greeted by a small roach crawling around sink. Sink counter is broken. No coffee maker, no cup. Been on road a while so use restroom and it won't flush (now understanding why Indian owner man was telling me to let him know if any issues with the room maintenence, because he had 24 hr maintenence- bizarre thing to be told at checkin. Isn't that his job to figure out in advance if something needs maintenance?). TP holder missing. Laminate floor so old it's peeling up from floor. New shower curtain and faucets but not installed tightly so wiggle and move all over when using. Suggest wearing shoes/sandles at all times. Bed sheets and towels were clean (yay!). Bed hard w 2 of the smallest thinnest cheapest pillows imaginable. Looked for a long time trying to find an electrical outlet to get my phone charged up. Found one behind an old nasty couch and one more in the sink area but nothing can be used from the bed. Lots of sketchy people all around the property...many hanging out outside their rooms, some smoking, some just acting ghetto by staring at you like they don't trust you (a weary traveller shouldn't raise eyebrows and cause people to get quiet and observe you as you pass by). When I noticed housekeeping cleaning a room at 10pm, I realized I was in a place that is renting by the hour. Went to get something from my vehicle around midnight and noticed this lady walking the parking lot in fancy clothes and giving me a bit of attention or looking to start a conversation. After checkout I was in my vehicle and on my phone when an attractive young lady looking all distraught came up to my window half full of tears and emotional asking me to use my phone. I was on a call and after 30 seconds she walked away....I have no idea if she just needed a phone or was intending to steal my phone but seems like she could easily have asked the front desk to use a phone rather than the emotional plea for "help". Save yourself the drama and pay $10 more to go to a legitimate hotel room. It does appear they are renovating some rooms but I would stay far away until the property is actually brought up to a higher standard."
"Check in took about 30 minutes and we went through 2 rooms and itβs an old OYO hotel and the staff is 100% family. The tub needs resurfacing and there was mildew. The pictures online look nothing like the hotel. The Air conditional was on 61 and the room was still very hot. I went to the office to complain and the guy there was telling someone else they had no other rooms available. P.S. when did the OYO aka the Ho hotel start charging a deposit?"
