"This Hotel is below a one star walked into room and dead cockroaches on floor. The front desk responded they exterminated the room and that was the remainder of the bugs. I canceled room and they didn’t want to give refund. If I were you stay in your car it will be the better place."

"As someone who's been living in hotel rooms for about 3 years now, I've stayed in my fair share, and I can honestly say that this location has overall been great! I've been here for a year now, and I really have no complaints. The location is convenient to alot of places, it's quiet, nobody ever bothers us & the staff has all been great. I can definitely say that out of em all since I've been here, Bre, Contessa & Janae have all been absolutely amazing! Bre is the most helpful, friendly & down to earth person and she's ridiculously smart - if you ever have an issue, she's the girl you wanna go to for sure! Contessa is an absolute sweetheart & always friendly and helpful and Janae has been holdin this place down for the longest! They're all amazing and make my long term stay here a much better place ♡ :)"

"No one is ever at the front counter. When i went i tried ringing the doorbell 20 times i used a phone they had that said “dial 500 for assistance” like 15 times and after calling the phone number on the wall 5 times i gave up. My mother had stayed here once before, not sure how she ever got her key but the one she had barely worked. The cleaning service would just skip her most days and I couldn’t even safely smoke a cigarette without having to fend off dealers, beggers, or someone trying to get into your pants. The room itself seemed fine till we realized the toilet never stopped running, the beds weren’t made, and i dont want to even guess what the stains were."

"Absolutely horrific. No sheets or blankets in one of the rooms I was given. In the other room the AC was pulled off the wall, there was no tv, holes in the windows covered by tape, and the rooms smell like mold. No towels in the bathrooms, and when we asked for some they said they ran out. We left and never even got a refund despite the rooms not being what they looked like in the pictures/was not what was described at all. Trust me - don't stay here."

"I booked my reservation from a week previous. I arrived to the hotel at 1:45am and was informed that was ok. I called twice and got confirmation that my reservation was booked. I arrived to hotel the representative is outside smoking. I get inside and call the 500 number she comes in and informs me that I can’t check in. I communicated with a previous employee twice that day was told I should be fine. She gets to the counter informs me there is a night audit and I am not able to check in. She was on the phone very rude and the hotel accommodated me in no way possible. I would not stay here to save my life. -1/1000"
