"Our room TV didn't work in bedroom, switched rooms and this room had stained carpet, refrigerator was so loud we didn't sleep, air conditioner loud, bed not comfortable. Was clean although and guy at front desk seemed the only employee but he was very helpful and accommodating"

"The Breakfast was Great! It was hot and everything was fresh! Thanks Ms Leslie the Breakfast cook and host! All of the workers were nice, helpful and polite. The grounds were nice, clean and neat. The rooms were clean but OUT OF DATE and had a kind of musty like oder. If they do some updating in the rooms I feel would possibly become a 5 star hotel minus all the real fancy extras. Location was great. Right off of the interstate, less than a mile from the Mall and Main event, gas station right next door. 5 miles from Blue Bayou, Walmart a couple of miles away and plenty of eating places in the proximity. Please update the rooms and my family and I can highly recommend. Overall it was a good stay!"

"Nice hotel, but the carpets are gross!! The room was clean, the bed & pillows were comfy. Had a few issues. I had coffee, tea & setups, but no coffee pot. The front desk had one sent up, but it's missing a part so had to wait for the part to come up. No housekeeping visit on Saturday so I called the front desk for towels, coffee, & to have my trash emptied...they never showed so I stopped at the desk for coffee and towels but I couldn't do much about the trash. The door handle was broken & you had to slam it, extremely hard, to close from the outside. They have a huge, beautiful outdoor courtyard with tons of seating but the only place you could smoke was just outside the main entrance, ya know where everyone has to walk thru the smoke to get in the hotel. Of course there are people that smoke in the courtyard anyway & throw the butts on the ground. They would do better to make a section of the courtyard , away from doors & people, a smoking section with ashtrays or butt posts."
